ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS.
The services that NannyClassifieds.com provides to you are subject to the following Terms of Use ("TOU").  Your use of this website or of any content presented in any and all areas of the website indicates your acknowledgment and agreement to these Terms of Use. NannyClassifieds.com reserves the right to update the TOU at any time without notice to you. The most current version of the TOU can be reviewed by clicking on the "Terms of Use" hypertext link located at the bottom of our Web pages.  NannyClassifieds.com reserves the right to cancel any account that violates the terms of use.

REFUND POLICY.
All transactions are FINAL. It is up to you the user, to utilize the system, services, and software that NANNYCLASSIFIEDS.COM provides. NO REFUNDS will be given for any amounts due to non-use on your part for any reason. We are providing you with the web site and tools to place a Help Wanted Ad and access nanny contact information but cannot control the number of replies you get or regulate how often you actually use the service or your results.

Through its network of Web properties, NannyClassifieds.com provides you with access to an Online Domestic Help Resume Database and Help Wanted advertising forum.  NannyClassifieds.com is only a venue which enables the connection between Users.  NannyClassifieds.com does not take part in the interaction between Users. Due to the nature of the Internet, NannyClassifieds.com cannot guarantee that each User is who they claim to be. NannyClassifieds.com does not assume and expressly disclaims any liability that may result from the use of this site and the information provided by users. 
The domestic care providers, employers and agency owners and staff who use our services are not interviewed or screened by the staff of this website nor are they guaranteed in any way. All users should exercise caution when providing contact information to other users.
NannyClassifieds.com does not guarantee results nor assume any liability for candidates, families or Agency staff or their backgrounds or performance on the job. NannyClassifieds.com is a classified advertisement provider. We do not control or confirm any of the information that nannies, parents or agency owners submit. I understand that NannyClassifieds.com has no control over the truth or accuracy of the ads or resumes, the validity, security or legality of the jobs or resumes that appear on this site, or the ability of potential employers to provide job opportunities to candidates or the ability of the nanny candidates to fill job openings.
Unacceptable Site Use:
Authorized Users may not put contact information in open text fields. Contact information found by the Company in these fields will be removed. Any User who violates this rule is subject to suspension, termination, or deactivation of such User's account.
Our services are not available to minors under the age of eighteen (18).
This Site is not available to anyone who has been convicted of a felony or any criminal offense characterized as a sexual offense, or for anyone with an open police investigation, which involves a felony or any criminal offense characterized as a sexual offense. Any misstatements and/or misrepresentations regarding the age, background, felonies, criminal offenses, open police investigations, experience and/or eligibility for employment in the jurisdiction of the United States of any User of this Site is not the responsibility of NannyClassifieds.com. Any such misstatements and/or misrepresentations are grounds for immediate termination from the Site and appropriate legal action will be taken, including without limitation, civil, criminal, and injunctive redress. NannyClassifieds.com does hereby disclaim any liability whatsoever for any misstatements and/or misrepresentations made by any User of this Site. Users do hereby represent, understand and agree to hold NannyClassifieds.com harmless for any misstatements and/or misrepresentations made by any Users of this Site.
Registration and Password.
Each Authorized User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of his or her information and password. Each Authorized User shall be responsible for all uses of his or her registration, whether or not authorized by such user. Each Authorized User agrees to immediately notify the Company of any unauthorized use of his or her registration or password. 
Release
By using the services of NannyClassifieds.com you acknowledge that the candidates and employers and agency personnel are not screened by the staff of this website and that it is the sole responsibility of the employer and/or nanny candidate to conduct thorough background investigations and reference checks.
Because we are not involved in the actual contact between Users, in the event that you have a dispute with one or more users, you release NannyClassifieds.com (and our officers, directors, agents, investors, subsidiaries and employees) from claims, demands or damages (actual or consequential) of every kind and nature, known and unknown, suspected and unsuspected, disclosed and undisclosed, arising out of or in any way connected with such disputes.

PERSONAL AND NON-COMMERCIAL USE LIMITATION.
Unless otherwise specified, the Services are for your personal and non-commercial use. You may not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any information, software, products or services obtained from the Services.

MEMBER ACCOUNT, PASSWORD, AND SECURITY.
If any of the Services requires you to open an account, you must complete the registration process by providing us with current, complete and accurate information as prompted by the applicable registration form. Upon registration you will select a username and password.  You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account. Furthermore, you are entirely responsible for any and all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify NANNYCLASSIFIEDS.COM immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. NANNYCLASSIFIEDS.COM will not be liable for any loss that you may incur as a result of someone else using your password or account, either with or without your knowledge. However, you could be held liable for losses incurred by NANNYCLASSIFIEDS.COM or another party due to someone else using your account or password.
