Question: I purchased an Ad, but do not see my Ad.
Answer: After you purchase an ad, the Place Ad link will appear in
your control panel. Please click on this and place the ad by filling out the
form.
Question: I filled out the Ad form, but nothing happened when I hit submit.
Answer: Please scroll up and review the ad form. You will probably
find that there is an error message in red next to a field that was filled out
incorrectly or was left empty and is a required field. If you continue to have
a problem, please contact us and we will make sure the ad gets posted.
Question: Your site uses Cookies, why is this necessary and what are they used for?
Answer: Cookies are alphanumeric identifiers that we transfer to your computer's hard
drive through your Web browser to enable our systems to recognize your browser
and to provide you with a more complete experience to Nanny Classifieds.

Question: I can't Log In, what's the problem?
Answer: The problem is probably that you are using the wrong
username and password combination or that you are blocking cookies from the nannyclassifeds.com site. To retreive your username and password and confirm you are entering them correctly, click here and enter your email address. The username and
password we have on file will be sent via email to the email address you used when registering.

Question: I wrote to a Nanny, but she never responded.
Answer: While we cannot guarantee that every nanny will be
conscientious enough to respond to every inquiry, we do try to encourage the
candidates that use our service to show courtesy to the families who contact
them. Please email us the name and email address of the nanny in question, and
we will attempt to make contact. If this is unsuccessful, we will remove her
resume from our database.
Question: How successful is your service?
Answer: There is no way for any online nanny database to know how
many successful matches they have generated. We do know that we receive many
thank you notes from successful nannies and families and we welcome many repeat
users on a regular basis. We also enjoy a healthy amount of referrals.
Question: What is the going pay rate for Nannies in my area?
Answer: There are many variables that come into play when
calculating your nanny's salary. The best advice we can give is to review the
International Nanny Association's latest
salary survey. This will give you a ball park of where nanny salaries
are today.
