RecruitOne : 5 Panel substance abuse test.

This can be ordered in conjunction with a background check order. Upon receipt of the request, Verifications, Inc. performs the following steps in the delivery of the service:

• Identifies a collection site to accommodate the specified service request
• Faxes protocols to the collection site
• Prints a Custody and Control Form (CCF) for the appropriate laboratory
• Prepares a donor package to be sent to the Parent (Requestor) inclusive of:
• Customized letter to the donor (Nanny)
• Collection site address, phone number, and hours
• Map and driving directions to the collection site
• Verifications printed CCF
• Custody and Control Form will be overnighted to Parent to provide to the applicant.
• Applicant (Nanny) takes the form to the provided collection site and is tested.
• Results from 24-72 hours.
